Biography
Jaime Alejandro Miño Reyes is an Electrical Civil Engineer from Universidad de Santiago de Chile (1994-2000) with more than 25 years of experience in the sector. Throughout his career, he has served as Engineering Manager, Discipline Head, Project Manager, and Electrical Engineer in mining, energy, and industrial projects.
He has collaborated with renowned companies such as Fluor, SNC Lavalin, Aker Kvaerner, and PLC International, working both in technical office and field environments. His experience spans from developing conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering to participating in bidding and award processes. Additionally, he has supervised assembly, FAT and SAT testing, commissioning, and startup of low, medium, and high voltage equipment.
He stands out for his leadership in multidisciplinary teams and his ability to coordinate different engineering areas, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety, and deadlines. His focus on efficient resource management and generating synergies between disciplines has contributed to creating collaborative work environments oriented towards results.
