Biography
Rodrigo Alejandro Cordovero Roa is a distinguished Electrical Civil Engineer with solid academic training and extensive experience in the energy sector. He holds degrees in Electrical Civil Engineering (Universidad de Santiago de Chile), Master's in Energy Economics (Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María), and an MBA in Energy Economics (University of Offenburg, Germany).
His multidisciplinary training has allowed him to integrate technical engineering knowledge with strategic economic vision, positioning him as an expert in risk and asset management in energy and mining projects.
With more than 25 years of experience, Rodrigo has developed his career across various stages of the sector. He began as a support engineer in assembly and construction projects in the energy and mining markets, later serving as a supervisor in engineering projects for the Chilean Government (Transantiago). Subsequently, he led the execution of electrical projects in hydroelectric and thermal plants as Project Manager, and then assumed the role of Power Generation Risk Engineering Manager at ACE LATAM. Since 2016, he has served as Partner and Consulting Manager at Consultoría y Asesoría Micor Limitada, where his expertise in risk analysis and process optimization has been key to driving projects in the renewable energy field.
